KATHMANDU, May 27: Lawyers Bishal Thapa, Pratibha Upreti, and Anant Raj Luintel filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court (SC) on Tuesday against Governor Bishwa Nath Paudel, seeking to cancel his appointment.
The writ petition lists the office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, Ministry of Finance, Governor Recommendation Committee, Nepal Rastra Bank, and Paudel as respondents.
