A speeding Kathmandu-bound mini truck, Ba 2 Kha 8942, knocked down Babita Limbu who was riding a scooter, Ba 49 Pa 8685, according to Prabinlal Shrestha, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) at the Metropolitan Police Range, Thimi, Bhaktapur.
The 49-year-old Limbu, who originally hails from Limba-5 in Paanchthar district, had been residing in Jorpati in the capital city, added DSP Shrestha.
Police have taken driver Bishnu Bahadur Shrestha and the mini truck under their control for necessary action. RSS
