The deceased is Mithu Kumal, 45, of Prasauni-9 of the district. She died when an unidentified vehicle knocked her down at the place, it is learnt.
Her body has been kept at Chormara Health Post for postmortem. Police have impounded two buses for further investigation in this connection. RSS
