KATHMANDU, Feb 13: Westerly winds partially influence the country, causing partly cloudy conditions in the hilly regions of Koshi, Gandaki, and Karnali provinces, while the rest of the country has clear weather. Fog has covered some areas in the central and eastern Terai.
The weather will remain partly cloudy in the hilly regions of Koshi and Gandaki provinces during the day, while other parts of the country will have clear skies. One or two places in Koshi and Gandaki provinces' high hills and mountainous regions may receive light snowfall.

Similarly, during the night, partly cloudy conditions will persist in the hilly areas of Koshi and Gandaki provinces, while the rest of the country will remain clear.
In the next 24 hours, one or two places in the high hills and mountainous regions of Koshi and Gandaki provinces are likely to receive light snowfall. Some parts of the Terai may experience fog on Friday morning, which could slightly impact daily life, health, road transportation, and aviation. Authorities have urged people to remain cautious.
