KATHMANDU, July 1: Chairman of Madhesi Janadhikar Forum Nepal Upendra Yadav has said that using force for elections in the present situation when political parties are yet to fully agree on it would push the country towards further conflict.

Talking to media persons in Itahari, Chairman Yadav said the three big parties and the Madhes-based parties are acting as if other parties do not exit, and thereby inviting political instability.[break]

Stating that the present government has not been able to present any basis for free and fair CA elections, Chairman Yadav said that he does not see any sign of an atmosphere conducive to elections at present.

He expressed the view that the present government should make special effort to build an atmosphere for political consensus and collaboration.
