KATHMANDU, Dec 14: The closed session of the 11th National General Convention of the CPN-UML has been postponed once again.
Although the convention, inaugurated on Saturday at Sallaghari in Bhaktapur, had scheduled the closed session to begin early this morning at Bhrikutimandap, it has yet to start.

The session, initially set for 9:00 am and later rescheduled to 12:30 pm, has now been postponed to 3:00 pm, according to Rajendra Gautam, head of the party’s publicity department, following a Central Committee meeting.
