KATHMANDU, Nov 16: CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has stated that the party’s public demonstrations will continue until the reinstatement of the House of Representatives (HoR).
Speaking to journalists affiliated with Press Chautari Nepal at his residence in Gundu on Sunday, Chairman Oli said the protests will intensify rather than subside. “We have started public demonstrations; they will not stop and will only grow stronger,” he said.

Oli criticized the current government for lacking accountability toward representatives and the Constitution, calling it “unconstitutional.” “This government is not accountable to anyone and is not recognized by anyone; it must be removed,” he said.
The UML’s agitation demands the reinstatement of the HoR and Oli emphasized that the protests will continue until that happens. He also clarified that the party will never back down from elections but claimed that the current “unconstitutional government” has no authority to hold elections in the country.
