CHITWAN, May 6: Two persons were killed in a motorbike accident last night at Birendra block of Bharatpur Metropolitan City – 14.
According to the District Police Office, Chitwan, a bike (Na 14 Pa 882) swerved out of control and crashed at 12:15 am.
The deceased have been identified as Bharat Ramdas, 35, of Shukranagar of Bharatpur Metropolis – 24 and his son Samir Ramdas, 11.
Bharat passed away at 3 am while his son breathed his last at 4 am while undergoing treatment at the Chitwan Medical College, police said. Bharat is reported to have been drunk and the accident took place due to overspeeding.(RSS)
