Top leaders in meeting with prez

KATHMANDU, Nov 19: Four political forces, including the United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF), have begun discussions with the President Monday morning with the objective of forging consensus on the upcoming budget and other political issues.



The discussions are underway at the Rashtrapati Bhawan, Sheetal Niwas since 9 a.m. today.[break]



Taking part in the discussions are President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav, Prime Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai, chairman of the Unified CPN (Maoist), Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Nepali Congress president Sushil Koirala, CPN (UML) chairman Jhalanath Khanal and UDMF coordinator Bijaya Kumar Gachchhadar.
