KATHMANDU, Oct 4: Traffic Police have minimized the timing to operate tippers inside the ring road, Koteshwor and Jadibuti road section.
District Administration on Wednesday decided to allow tippers to ply on the roads from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, citing difficulty in transporting constructing materials. However, on the same day when a person died after hit by a tipper, Traffic Police made the timing same as the previous one.

Tippers will now be allowed to operate from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
