The anti-graft body has claimed collusion between Shah, Accounts Officer Subedi, and Goma Sinjali Magar, then-head of the Kumari Bank extension counter at the hospital.
During the probe, it was found that of the total Rs 3.403 million collected in fiscal year 2023/24, only Rs 836,330 was deposited in the bank. According to the CIAA, the remaining Rs 2.567 million was embezzled intentionally.
