The water tanker (Ba 1 Kha 8900) heading towards Boudha from Jorpati hit the scooter (Ba 7 Pa 8225) killing its pillion rider Karuna Mahji on the spot.The scooter rider Kisan Kumar Lama escaped unscathed, according to Boudha police. The police quoting eye witnesses claimed that after the girl fell under the wheel the tanker driver deliberately used the back gear and crushed the girl.
The girl is reported to have been working as a domestic maid at Lama's house since childhood. RSS
