Some 32 tattoo artists are taking part in the conference, according to Bijaya Shrestha of the organizing committee.
According to the committee there are 45 tattoo artists presently working professionally in the country.
The conference is expected to draw an outline to expand tattoo art by organizing trainings and other development programs.
