KATHMANDU, March 28: The Socialist Front has set up a stage on the main road at Exhibition Road (Bhrikuti Mandap) for its rally on Friday.
According to the Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office, all types of vehicles traveling through the Tundikhel route have been diverted.

Vehicles traveling from Purano Buspark to Bhadrakali and from Durbar Marga to Bir Hospital have been diverted. Traffic police reported that vehicles heading toward the National Assembly Hall from Exhibition Road have been diverted.
The Socialist Front, including the CPN (Maoist Centre), CPN (Unified Socialist), Nepal Socialist Party, and the CPN led by Netra Bikram Chand Biplav, will stage a protest at Bhrikuti Mandap starting from 12 noon.
Supporters of the former king will be allowed to march only outside the Chhetrapati area. The Socialist Front has planned a route for their procession from Babarmahal to Maitighar, Tripureshwar and then to Exhibition Road.
The Joint People's Movement Committee (JPMC) for the Restoration of Monarchy led by Navaraj Suvedi and in collaboration with Durga Prasai will also hold a protest at 1 pm for the restoration of the monarchy.
