The marks sheet was sent by the District Education Office but has gone missing allegedly due to the negligence of the Office of the Controller of Examinations. A total of 117 students had appeared in the SLC examinations from the district.
As a result, the students and their guardians have become furious. They also picketed the education office on Friday. They will continue their protest today. "It is very unfortunate that the results of the entire district were not received, it must be rectified immediately", said local guardian Niraj Thakali.
Meanwhile, District Education Officer Kesariraman Neupane put the blame on the central office and added that the correction would be made by Sunday. "It is obvious for the students and guardians to become infuriated for not receiving the results", he added. RSS
