KATHMANDU, July 1: Skal Club of Nepal has elected a new team with Prabin Bahadur Panday as the president. According to a statement issued by the club, Pralhad Kunwar is the new 1st vice president, Mahendra Paudel is the 2nd vice president and Sanjeev Pathak is the general secretary. "The new executive board comprises of members adhering from different backgrounds including hotel, travel trade and airlines," the club added in the statement. Skal International was formed in 1934 by travel and hospitality industry professionals to promote global tourism and friendship. "It is a platform for all tourism leaders, professionals' managers and executives of the travel, tourism and hospitality industry to unite and achieve visions and mission of maximizing networking opportunity and support responsible tourism industry worldwide," the club added.
