KATHMANDU, Dec 12: Chief Justice Om Prakash Mishra presented the annual report of the Supreme Court to President Bidya Devi Bhandari today.

At a function held at the Rashtrapati Bhawan, Sheetal Niwas, Chief Justice Mishra handed over the report of the apex court for Fiscal Year 2074/75 to President Bhandari. The report was submitted as per Article 138 of the Constitution, according to which the President shall table the report before the Federal Parliament through the Prime Minister.
Also present at the function were Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Bhanu Bhakta Dhakal, Attorney General Agni Kharel and all the justices of the Supreme Court.
