SAPTARI, Nov 27: Journalists based in Saptari have demanded transfer of Superintendent of Police Dibesh Lohani for his alleged mistreatment of media-persons who were covering the address of Yoga Guru Swami Ramdev at Chhinnamasta Bhagawati Temple in the district on Saturday.

A memorandum submitted to Chief District Officer Baldev Gautam by a delegation led by acting President of Saptari chapter of the Federation of Nepali Journalists Shrawan Kumar Dev also condemned the incident and demanded transfer of Lohani within 48 hours.
Meanwhile, a dozen other organisations and Press Munch, Saptari also denounced the incident. RSS
