KATHMANDU, Dec 26: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has made public the final list of candidates for the proportional representation (PR) category for the upcoming House of Representatives election.
The party released a list of 387 aspirants, selected in line with the principle of proportional inclusion. According to the party, the list ensures representation from various communities, including Khas Arya, Janajati, Madhesi, Dalit, Muslim, and others.

A total of 414 individuals had applied to be considered for the proportional representation category. However, 27 applicants were excluded from the final list.
The party had charged an application fee of Rs 50,000 per applicant for those seeking nomination under the PR category.
RSP stated that candidates whose names were not included in the final list would be given the opportunity to participate in the selection process through an online mechanism.
