KATHMANDU, Sept 2: The Rastriya Prajatantra Party Nepal (RPP-N), led by Kamal Thapa, has announced Arjun Thapa as its candidate for the upcoming by-election in Rupandehi Constituency-3.
The by-election, scheduled for November 3, was necessitated following the death of RPP lawmaker Deepak Bohora.
