KATHMANDU, Nov 7: A problem has been detected in the post-paid mobile service of Nepal Telecommunications (NTC).
According to NTC, the problem arose due to system complications.

According to post-paid customers, the problem has been seen since 10 AM on Wednesday. The complications include unavailability to see balance and inability in making calls.
Spokesperson of NTC, Prativa Baidhya said, "The problem will be solved in a few hours".
