KATHMANDU, Oct 5: President Ram Chandra Paudel has appealed for precaution against the risk of floods and landslide, and inundation caused by the incessant rainfall in the country.

In a statement he issued on Saturday, the Head of State also urged everyone to face with restraint the challenges during the disaster. President Paudel also appealed to all state agencies to promptly engage in rescue and relief during this time of crisis.
