KATHMANDU, July 31: Nirmal Raj Kafle has been appointed as Nepal's residential ambassador to Brazil.
President Bidya Devi Bhandari appointed Kafle as the Residential Ambassador on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, according to the President's Office.
