The temple was partially damaged by lightning on February 15 this year.
In the first phase, the Committee had allocated Rs 500,000 for the necessary study and research to carry out the maintenance work of the temple.
Sarbagya Ratna Tuladhar, Chairman of the Committee, said the Kathmandu Metropolitan and the NTB have agreed to provide budget for the construction work.
According to Engineer at the Department of the Archaeology, Ramesh Thapaliya, the temple will be constructed in the previous structure by replacing 10 feet surrounding area of the temple once the budget was allocated.
