Police took under control around 40 kilograms of cannabis the smugglers abandoned after the firing incident that took place at Bagan rivulet at Tikuliyan, Saptari.
Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Narayan Chimoriya, said that the smugglers who were in a group of six to seven persons fired at a police team deputed to the site based on a tip-off. RSS
