Protesters have torched jeep, Na 1 Jha, 1316, of District Police Chief SP Bhim Dhakal and set the Rajbiraj-based police beat on fire.
Tension is high in Bhardaha, Rupani and Bishanpur Chowk as agitators have targeted Area Police Office and police personnel.
A statement issued after the meeting of District Security Council said protesters have hurled petrol bomb and fired bullets at law enforcement agency in Bhardaha and Rupani.
