KATHMANDU, Sep 17: Police on Friday evening arrested Rajesh Ahiraj Jha, editor of Madheshbani weekly and a media secretary to the Vice-president (VP) Paramnanda Jha, in the capital in relation to an advertisement by an underground criminal outfit of Tarai calling for army recruitment.
