KATHMANDU, May 20: Prime Minister KP Oli and Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba held a meeting on Tuesday amid deepening rift between the two coalition partners over the appointment of Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) governor.
According to the Prime Minister's Secretariat, the two leaders met at the Prime Minister's residence in Baluwatar. The leaders reportedly focused on the latest political developments during the meeting. Due to Prime Minister Oli's health condition, Speaker Devraj Ghimire removed the question-and-answer session from the House of Representatives meeting agenda.
