KATHMANDU, July 14: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that the country’s economic indicators have moved in a positive direction during the one year since the formation of his government.
Taking to Facebook on Monday, PM Oli stated that national development projects have gained momentum. He claimed that while setting timelines for project completion was not a common practice in the past, such an approach has now begun.

“There was no trend of setting timelines and demanding results before; now it has started,” the PM wrote, adding, “Key laws have been amended to simplify service delivery for citizens.”
He further noted that service delivery is shifting from in-person queues to online platforms. “There is much to be done, and the government remains focused on those tasks,” he added.
The incumbent government was formed on July 14 last year in coalition with the Nepali Congress and other parties.
