KATHMANDU, Nov 27: Prime Minister Sushila Karki has reduced the size of her secretariat and advisory group following criticism from various quarters, including the Gen Z faction.

Effective from Thursday, PM Karki’s Secretariat will consist of six members: the chief advisor, public relations advisor, chief personal secretary, press coordinator, personal branch officer (photographer) and an unpaid public health expert. Previously, the secretariat had 20 members, the Prime Minister’s Office stated.
