KATHMANDU, Oct 9: Litterateurs attending the release of a book, Aghori, by Rajendra Parajuli have said that the new book has further strengthened the field of Nepali story writing.
In an interaction held over the book on Monday, litterateurs lauded Parajuli for being able to come out with the book that not only covers issues related to politics, but also various anomalies seen in the Nepali society.

Writer Nayan Raj Pandey said the book consists of a variety of characters and stories.
“We are supposed to write about what is happening at present. I find the same spirit in many of our stories,” he said.
Litterateur Archana Thapa said, “It seems the things that cannot be written in journalism has been written down in the book in the form of stories.”
Speaking on the occasion, author Parajuli had said that he had written stories on the theme that touched him the most. “I write on issues related to journalism because I am a journalist. I wrote what I saw,” he said. “I do not feel good to explain how I wrote and why I wrote. I think stories should be able to give answer to those questions themselves.”
