Over two dozen students injured in bus accident in Dakshinkali

According to the District Police Office, Kathmandu, the bus involved in the accident belonged to Junakiri English School. The school bus, which was carrying around 50 students, veered off the road and went about 50 feet.

KATHMANDU, Feb 9: At least 25 students were injured when a school bus was involved in an accident in Bhanjyang, Dakshinkali, Kathmandu, on Sunday afternoon.  


According to the District Police Office, Kathmandu, the bus involved in the accident belonged to Junakiri English School. The school bus, which was carrying around 50 students, veered off the road and went about 50 feet.

Police personnel immediately reached the spot and carried out rescue operations. The injured students were taken to nearby hospitals, according to the police.
