RUPANDEHI, Jan 8: One person was killed and three others were injured after two motorcycles collided in Tilottama Municipality of Rupandehi district on Thursday afternoon.
The accident occurred at Tapaha Line in Tilottama-2 when motorcycles bearing registration numbers Lu 61 Pa 5878 and Lu 68 Pa 5236 collided head-on, police said.

According to the District Police Office, Rupandehi, 28-year-old Jivan Chaudhary of Sainamaina Municipality-1, who was riding the Lu 68 Pa 5236 motorcycle, died in the accident. He succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment at Chauraha Hospital in Butwal.
Three others were injured in the crash—two riding the Lu 61 Pa 5878 motorcycle and one pillion rider on the motorcycle driven by Chaudhary. All the injured are receiving treatment at the same hospital.
Police said further investigation into the incident is underway.
