Gita Bhandari, 22, a student of Dhurkot Multiple Campus, sustained bullet injury in her waist. She is undergoing treatment at the District Hospital, Tamghas.
Lokendra Dasaudi came to Bhandari´s home and opened five rounds of firing indiscriminately.
He fled following the incident, but a team of police later found him in an injured condition a kilometer away from the scene. He himself fired at his waist.
Police said they were investigating the incident.
