KATHMANDU, Dec 13: CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has said that their movement is against regression and for safeguarding the nation.
Addressing the inauguration ceremony of the 11th General Convention, Oli emphasized the party’s commitment to restoring the country to a democratic system. He asserted that the constitution and democratic values would be upheld and that the House of Representatives (HoR) would be reinstated.

“This public gathering is against regression. It is a movement to save the nation. Democracy will be restored and the Parliament will be reinstated,” Oli said.
The UML chief also warned that any attempts to undermine the people’s mandate or weaken constitutional provisions would not be tolerated.
