The day will mark the conclusion of the student body´s Mechi-Mahakali Yatra campaign for timely constitution.
According to NSU Vice President Pramodhari Guragain, also the coordinator of the rally, NSU President Pradip Poudel will hand over soils they collected during the campaign from Kakarbhitta of Jhapa and Gaddachowki of Kanchanpur to CA Chairman Subas Nembang on March 22. He will also hand over signatures collected from various campuses in the capital to Nembang.
A meeting of various sister organizations of the NC on Wednesday decided to make the program a success. "We have decided to organize it as a common program of all sister organizations of the party," added Guragain.
The NSU had started Mechi-Mahakali march on March 15. Two groups led by NSU President Poudel and former NSU President Kalyan Kumar Gurung had led the march from Kakarbhitta and Gaddachowki, respectively. The groups will meet in Narayanghat on March 21 and will arrive in Kathmandu the same day.
