The committee is led by NSC Vice-president Pitambar Timalsina and includes NSC Treasurer Indra Bahadur Thing, NSC staffers Prakash Chandra Ghimire, Basudev Acharya, Narayan Raj Aryal and a representative from the Ministry of Youth and Sports Ministry as members.[break]
NSC Planning Division chief Kamal Khanal is the secretary of the newly-formed committee.
