Nepali batters falter: Thailand faces 102 run target

Nepal has set a target of 102 runs against Thailand in the second match of the Women’s T-20 International Series at TU Cricket Ground. Nepal was able to score 101 runs, losing 9 wickets in their allotted 20 overs.

KATHMANDU, Feb 1: Nepal has set a target of 102 runs against Thailand in the second match of the Women’s T-20 International Series at TU Cricket Ground. Nepal was able to score 101 runs, losing 9 wickets in their allotted 20 overs.


For Nepal, Kabita Kunwar and Bindu Rawal contributed 25 runs each, while captain Indu Barmala contributed 15 runs. The rest of the players couldn't make a substantial contribution.

In bowling side, Thai bowler Thipatcha Putthawong took three wickets, while Nattaya Boochatham and Phannita Maya took 2 wickets each.
