KATHMANDU, Dec 25: Nepal Remedies Company is set to float its Initial Public offerings (IPO). The company has convened an Annual General Meeting (AGM) to present the proposal for share issuance.
The company will present five ordinary and four special proposals at the general meeting scheduled for January 13.

Once the proposal for share issuance is approved in the general meeting, the company’s board of directors will proceed with the remaining issuance process.
