Though the nation is passing through hard times, the Prime Minister has not been serious towards this, he added.
Stating that the incumbent government with the caretaker status would not bring the complete budget without consensus among the parties, UML leader
Nepal said the budget would not be acceptable for other parties if it was brought forcefully.
Responding to a query of journalists about the latest activities of former King Gyanendra Shah, the former prime minister challenged the former king to be a leader of royalists.
Similarly, talking about disgruntled leaders from the ethnic group within his party, he said that no one was above the party´s ideology and discipline.
