KATHMANDU, Feb 8: Nepali Congress (NC) has decided to mobilize all its leaders and party workers in their respective constituencies under a campaign titled “Falgun 21 ka lagi mero 21 din”, which translates to ‘my 21 days for March 5’.
The decision was taken during a virtual meeting of the party’s Central Executive Committee held on Sunday morning. According to the party, all leaders and cadres—except those formally assigned specific responsibilities—will be required to actively work in their own areas for the election scheduled for March 5.

In line with the Nepali Congress Election Mobilization Directive, leaders assigned duties at the central, provincial, district, or constituency levels have been instructed to return to their home constituencies once their assigned tasks are completed. The party said it will follow the principle of deploying leaders and workers in the areas corresponding to their official responsibilities.
The NC has also decided to discourage party members from working outside their designated wards or constituencies. A directive has been issued requesting that an active member of one ward should not campaign or operate in another ward or constituency.
Similarly, leaders and cadres associated with the party’s sister organizations and well-wisher groups have also been instructed to remain active in their own constituencies as part of the election campaign.
