KATHMANDU, May 22: A meeting of the National Assembly passed the Intangible Cultural Heritages (Conservation) Bill, 2081 BS on Friday. The upper house unanimously passed the Bill along with a relevant report presented by the Legislation Management Committee. Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Khadak Raj Paudel, had tabled the Bill before NA meeting.
Lawmakers Gita Devkota, Suresh Ale Magar, Rukmini Koirala and Bishnu Kumari Sapkota were among those taking part in the deliberations regarding the Bill.
