Binadevi, wife of Nawal Kishor Sah, of Sedawa-5, Parsa and son Ashok were killed in the attack.
Neighbor Brijbihari Koire along with her associates attacked the Sah family with home-made weapons over a one-year-old brawl.
Three persons were injured in the incident.
Police have arrested Koire along with four women in connection with the incident, Superintendent of Police Yog Bahadur Pal informed.
