KATHMANDU, May 8: A government employee currently serving at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) has been found dead in Pokhara.

Anup Bhandari, 31, a resident of Udayapur, was found dead on Monday around 8:30 am on the shores of Begnas Lake, said DSP Shravan Kumar BK at the District Police Office, Kaski.
He was found lying on the shore of the lake. According to DSP BK, he is a non-gazetted first class official, working at the verification counter of the Department of Passport under the MoFA. Further investigation into the incident is currently underway, according to the police.
