BHADRAPUR (Jhapa), Jan 16: Minister for General Administration Keshav Kumar Budhathoki opined for restructuring the administration along with the political change.
While addressing the interaction program on constitution implementation and restructuring of administration here today, Minister Budhathoki said so. He stressed on decentralizing the power of centre to strengthen the local level.
He urged the civil servants to deliver the services to the people without any prejudice.

The Minister further said that the government was working out to strengthen the bureaucracy managing health insurance and pension fund to them.
According to him, the existing bureaucracy should adjust itself in three levels as per new federal set up.
Similarly, Secretary at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, Dinesh Thapaliya stressed on managing the resources as per the administrative restructuring.
Chiefs at the district level government offices and representatives of different political parties are attending the program.
