KATHMANDU, July 20: Nepal suffered a 2-0 defeat with Lebanon in the final match of Group D qualification for the AFC U-23 Championship on Wednesday evening.

In the match played in Al Ain in the UAE, Hassan Kourani scored twice to hand Nepal yet another defeat. Kourani scored his first in the 29th minute and the second in the final minute of the regular time.
Earlier in the tournament, Nepal had suffered a 5-0 defeat with the host United Arab Emirates and a 2-0 loss to Uzbekistan.
