Welcoming the guests, Taeyoung Park, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Nepal, highlighted the longstanding cooperation between Korea and Nepal in promoting sustainable economic development and prosperity. He said Nepal’s potential in the “three Hs”: Human resources, Hydropower, and rich Heritage, noting that Korea seeks to be a key partner in realizing this potential.
The event was attended by the Vice President Ram Sahaya Prasad Yadav, ministers from various portfolios, ambassadors, senior government officials, media representatives, members of diplomatic missions in Kathmandu, business leaders and representatives of the South Korean community in Nepal.
