KATHMANDU, May 13: Keshav Sthapit, mayoral candidate of CPN-UML for Kathmandu Metropolitan CIty (KMC) reached Padma Kanya Campus at Bagbazar to cast his vote on Friday.

According to the Election Commission, the voting will take place from 7 AM to 5 PM. During the time, the government has restricted vehicular movement.
