KATHMANDU, Dec 4: Kanti Highway will remain closed for 60 days starting December 6 due to ongoing road expansion works.
According to information officer and engineer Upendra Maharana of the Kanti Highway Road Project, wall-cutting and upgrading works are currently underway. For this reason, vehicle movement will be halted daily from 11 AM to 5 PM throughout the 60-day period.

The Lalitpur District Administration Office has also issued a notice requesting the public to use alternative routes during the closure.
