The unions also demanded PPE and other security facilities for the staffers working in courts and the judicial sector offices.  In a joint press statement on Sunday by the staff unions of the Supreme Court and the Office of the Attorney General, they asked the government to discourage mass gatherings by granting bail facilities to the accused of petty crimes.

Stating that various health related organizations, including the WHO, have suggested staying home, the staff unions also called upon the public to stay home during this difficult time.
